Snow Spring Toronto March 23rd

Today is the fourth day of spring. You wouldn't know that from looking outside, though. And as much as it's to be expected that we'll get snow in March — typically 11 per cent of yearly snowfall comes this month — it always manages to sting just a little more when we've already had a taste of warm weather. Even people like me who often profess to love winter bemoan late dustings of this sort.
