I'm jealous, invite me to come next time!

Your last morning news roundup, before Jerrold returns, for Friday November 16th, 2007:

The CNE is gonna cost a total of at least 47 million dollars for remodeling and junk. Can you guess who's gonna foot a chunk of the bill?

McGuinty has wussed out of banning cell phone use while driving, saying he "Wouldn't know where to draw the line." The answer is simple you twit; don't let people use their phones in any way while driving a motor vehicle. No, there won't be any lenience for using a frickin' iPhone, Adam Schwabe.

A variation of the common cold virus killed 10 US citizens over 18 months. Should we really be all that concerned of it hitting us when influenza is directly related to 36,000 deaths a year, and is questionable in another 470,000 worldwide? Get your damn flu shots people and save some old people, people.

That stupid Bloor condo that had students getting paid to sit in for real estate agents hasn't even been cleared by the city yet.

Wanna know who's to blame for recent Mississauga lake oil spills? YOU ARE.

The weather's gonna suck a lot harder a lot sooner.

Get your Darth Maul on tonight! BlogTOers will be there, in force (Psst! See what I did there!?) and will be sure to kick your dark-side wandering asses.

Even though I really don't give a hoot about hockey or Bryan McCabe, I do enjoy making fun of him. It seems like I'm not the only one, as www.McCabeSucks.com is a living, breathing intertube site. Rejoice friends, for Jerrold returns from a questionable trip to Thailand on Monday.
