The provincial election is over and little has changed as a result. Despite the fixed election date, extending opportunities for advanced voting, more polling stations, and a later vote cutoff time of 9pm, voter turnout still hit a record low.
Police want to question a group of rappers that made an unscheduled performance at the talent competition where an 18-year old was shot in the head and died. Their manager insists that they were in their limo by midnight.
